Cassidy’s House Rules

Door Policy

Cassidy’s welcomes everyone 21 Years of age or older. Cassidy’s Lobby bar opens at 4pm Monday through Friday with food service from 4pm to 10pm daily. Saturdays Cassidy’s opens the doors from 6pm to 1:30am and features live entertainment, DJ and dancing. There is never a cover charge to get in but please note that final admission is always subject to venue capacity limitations.

Reservations

Reservations are required to ensure the proper staffing for groups of 10 or more guests. Cassidy’s does not reserve any seating on Wednesday and Saturday, It is based on a first come first serve basis. You can make a reservation by going to the contact us page and someone will return your e-mail promptly. No reservations will be accepted after noon the day of the reservation. For everyone’s safety we do not allow the following. Balloons, Confetti, table decorations, cakes or outside food, if you have not made a reservation we ask that you check with a cocktail or bartender for availability. Tables are reserved for bottle service and guest list reservations.

Private Parties

For groups of 10 or more guests, we do offer private catered events. These events take place in a private room with your own designated professional servers and bartender. These events are available 7 days a week and can accommodate up to 65 guests.

Cassidy’s does require a minimum of 100 guests for private events taking place outside of normal business hours. For more information or to book a private event at Cassidy’s please contact the Outlet Manager at Cassidys@radisson.com or go to the contact us page.

Dress Policy

Cassidy’s asks that our guests come dressed in a Smart-Casual style. We do not permit, backward worn hats with violent graphics, we ask for no ripped/torn jeans, tank tops or cut off shorts. The lounge attracts an upscale professional crowd and you will find many of our guests in suits, western wear, and business casual attire.

Bottle Service

We are happy to accommodate those guests who wish to have priority table seating through a 'bottle service' request: One bottle of liquor for every six guests. Please remember that admission is always based on venue capacity and all of our guests must be 21 or over. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
